SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENTOF THO CHUONG HISTORICAL - CULTURAL RELICS, DAO LY COMMUNE, LY NHAN DISTRICT, HA NAM PROVINCE

Abstract

Tho Chuong historical - cultural relics is belonging to Dao Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province were recognized by the State and granted a National Historical - Cultural Certificate in 1995. It is a historical monument and unique art architecture, a large-scale construction built from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. It still preserves intact 5 ordained styles dating from 1853 to 1924, preserving the system of large wooden pillars, carved plates, palanquin, great palanquin (palanquin 16 people carrying - 16th century). Tho Chuong communal house is one of the houses with typical art architecture of Hau Le period, which is imbued with the cultural traditions of the Northern rural plain associated with labor, production and aggression against foreign invaders. Currently many items relics are seriously degraded, the management of relics is still inadequate, it is necessary to have effective solutions to improve the management activities for this monument.
