WORSHIPING BEDS IN THE TOMBS OF THE 17TH AND 18TH CENTURIES IN THE NORTH

Abstract

In the art of tombs in the 17th and 18th centuries, the worshiping objects a very important position. The rich and diverse expression of stone worshiping objects in the tomb has created an attraction for the tombs in particular and the architecture, sculpture and worshiping objects of Vietnamese art in general. The ideas of the contemporaries still lurk somewhere on the decorative carvings on the worshiping objects in the tomb of this century. In particular, the art of creating worshiping beds and decorative patterns with many different images, hidden with rich layers of meaning have helped us understand a part of the thinking, concepts and aesthetics of the ancients.
