Abstract

Applying Rubrics to build criteria on grading Applied Art students to improve teaching and learning competencies, helping learners to develop their competencies optimally, and creating transparency in individual competency assessment as well. Within the scope of the research, some views and approaches of the problem of using Rubrics in evaluation criteria for students of Applied Arts may be presented. A Rubric is also an effective tool to evaluate learners' ability and is used in many countries around the world todays.
