This article analyzes the results from the survey of 320 households in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City concerning the people's satisfaction, evaluation about standards for cultural families, the implementation of policies in the locality (review, certification, supervision) via the movement “Together to construct cultural life”.
