BUILDING LOCAL CULTURAL LIFE IN TRAN NGUYEN HAN (BAC GIANG CITY, BAC GIANG PROVINCE)

Abstract

One of the main missions of our Party and our People has been building cultural life. That makes good cultural environment to reduce bad affections of market economy, creating strongly effort to industrialization and modernization. Tran Nguyen Han's (Bac Giang city) Party, government, National Front and all social organizations have tried their best to develop local cultures, at the same time, Tran Nguyen Han Ward is processing the development mission. This article reflects the co-operations between the Tran Nguyen Han authorities and people in processing the culture development in 13 residential areas.
