Abstract

Phuc La Ward is located in the east of Ha Dong District, Hanoi. The ward area has many advantages for socio-economic development. Cultural activities here are widely responded by all strata of people and create a power to develop economy, culture, society, ensure security and order; promoting the tradition of solidarity, self-reliance and resilience, and deepening cultural values
into each person, each family and the whole community; building a healthy cultural environment to create a solid ideological foundation. Because of cultural movements, it is actively contributing to creat a healthy environment, solidarity and responsibility in each family and community; the sense of keeping school clean for every citizen has made progress and brought practical results. Over the years, Phuc La Ward has become a bright spot with the right steps, concrete and effective actions to create a healthy cultural environment.
