Thang
Long
in
the
past
and
present.
The
article
mentions
the
typical
values
of
the
Voi
Phuc
Temple
festival
with
the
desire
to
contribute
to
the
process
of
preserving
and
promoting
the
typical
cultural
heritage
values
of
the
land
of
thousands
of
years
of
civilization.
Using
survey
and
fieldwork
methods
to
participate
in
the
festival
directly,
the
author
has
generalized
into
three
typical
festival
values.
It
has
historical
value,
cultural
value,
and
educational
value.
These
values
of
festivals
have
existed
for
many
generations.
Still,
analysis
and
evaluation
in
the
current
period
of
Hanoi
capital
will
contribute
to
the
management
of
the
intangible
cultural
heritage
of
traditional
festivals
with
more
quality
and
efficiency.
