Abstract
The
Hai
Ba
Trung
Temple,
located
in
Ha
Loi
village,
Me
Linh
district,
Hanoi,
is
an
important
symbol
of
spiritual
culture,
marking
the
birthplace
and
uprising
of
the
Trung
sisters.
Despite
achieving
certain
accomplishments
in
management
and
preservation,
there
are
still
many
difficulties
and
challenges.
The
article
proposes
solutions
such
as
enhancing
propaganda,
educating
the
public
on
the
importance
of
heritage
protection,
improving
the
quality
of
human
resources,
socializing
preservation
activities,
and
promoting
the
value
of
the
monument
through
sustainable
tourism.
It
emphasizes
the
importance
of
strengthening
state
management
responsibilities
and
the
role
of
the
community
in
preserving
and
promoting
the
value
of
the
monument,
contributing
to
the
development
of
Vietnamese
culture
and
people
according
to
the
country's
sustainable
development
requirements.
