ACCEPT THE CULTURAL VALUES TO CONTRIBUTE INCREASE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION TRAINING IN THE MILITAR

Abstract

Confucius, also known as Kong Fuzi or Master Kong, is the founder of Confucianism and a prominent feature of his thought is education. Confucianism emphasizes the role of culture education, considers education an important way to promote social development and create human identity. Although Confucius's views on education were made about 25 centuries ago, many of them are still relevant today. In fact, Vietnam is one of the countries influenced by Confucianism very early. Today, on the basis of Marxism – Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, we can absorb and creatively apply concepts in the educational philosophy of Confucius in education and training. Many issues are being raised in the national renewal process, in which, the most important is the human development as well as improving the quality of education and training. If morality is the root of man, education is the most important means of creating a new man.
