APPLYING ETHNIC, SCIENTIFIC, AND MASS PERSPECTIVES IN VIETNAMESE CULTURAL OUTLINE IN 1943 IN PRACTICE OF CULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN OUR COUNTRY TODAY
Abstract
The cultural outline was born during the most difficult period of the movement Viet Nam's revolution. On May 19, 1941, the Viet Minh Front was born according to the decision of the 8th Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the Indochina Communist Party. From here, the revolutionary struggle for national liberation expanded to other fields, including the cultural field to form a progressive cultural movement. The Cultural Outline was born as a document considered the Party's first declaration on culture, with enlightening significance and paving the way for the development of Vietnamese culture. Experiencing the historical period of revolutionary resistance against French colonialism and American imperialism and building socialism in the reform period, it has affirmed the great values of the Cultural Outline from theory to conservation practice, promoting the nation's cultural and artistic values.
