Along

policy
for
socio‑ economic
development
of
ethnic
minorities,
Ha
 Giang
province
has
actively
implemented
many
 programs
and
projects
to
support
the
socio‑economic
 development
of
ethnic
minorities.
Ethnic
groups
with
 less
than
10,000
people
include꞉
Pa
Then,
Lo
Lo,
Pu
 Y,
Pu
Peo,
and
Co
Lao,
including
4
ethnic
groups
 with
less
than
5,000
people.
However,
the
process
of
 implementing
Decision
No.
1908/QD
‑
UBND
of
the
 People's
Committee
of
Ha
Giang
province
approving
 the
"Project
to
support
socio‑economic
development
 of
very
small
ethnic
minorities
in
Ha
Giang
province
 in
the
period
2017‑2025
”
there
are
still
difficulties
 and
obstacles
in
implementing
it
into
practice.
