PRESERVING AND PROMOTING THE CULTURAL VALUES OF TRADITIONAL TAY HOUSES IN LOCAL SOCIO‑ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT꞉ A REALISTIC VIEW OF NA HANG DISTRICT, TUYEN QUANG
Abstract
The traditional stilt house of the Tay people is an extremely valuable typical cultural value of the Tay ethnic people in Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province, preserved and developed for many generations. Currently, the traditional house values of the Tay ethnic people here are being promoted in the economic and social development of each household and community. In the context of urbanization, industrialization, modernization, and climate change, the traditional producers of the Tay ethnic group face many new difficulties and challenges. Based on the results of qualitative research under the topic "Research on typical traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities to serve the economic and social development of Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province", the article describes, analyze the value of traditional houses of the Tay ethnic people and propose solutions to further promote the value of traditional houses of the Tay ethnic people to serve the sustainable development of the district's ethnic minority community.
