province
has
always
focused
 on
preserving,
embellishing
and
promoting
the
value
of
 the
Dien
Bien
Phu
Battlefield
relic,
building
this
place
to
 become
a
red
address
for
the
symbol
of
inheritance
and
 promotion.
tradition,
glorious
history
of
thousands
of
 years
of
building
and
defending
the
country
of
the
 Vietnamese
people.
At
the
same
time,
this
is
determined
 to
be
the
main
tourism
product
of
Dien
Bien
towards
the
 goal
of
developing
tourism
into
a
key
economic
sector.
 The
article
uses
the
method
of
practical
experience
and
 experimentation
in
Dien
Bien
province
to
propose
some
 solutions
to
promote
the
value
of
national
historical
 relics,
especially
Dien
Bien
Phu
Battlefield,
associated
 with
tourism
development.
