HO CHI MINH'S THOUGHT ON THE POSITION AND ROLE OF TEACHERS꞉ THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL VALUE IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN OUR COUNTRY
Abstract
It can be said that, with the role of creating knowledge and developing the capacity and qualities of students, the teaching staff has greatly contributed to training high‑quality human resources to meet the needs of society. In today's education system, the position, role, and mission of lecturers have fundamentally changed to meet the requirements of educational innovation at the university level. In that context, Ho Chi Minh's thought on the position and role of teachers has special theoretical and practical value on the contribution of affirming and honoring the position of teachers in general ‑ university lecturers in particular, at the same time raising the requirement to improve the quality of the teaching staff as a breakthrough requirement and a strategy for the university development nowadays.
