Abstract

Facing
rapid
social
changes,
urbanization
along
 with
the
process
of
deep
integration
between
 cultures.
Besides
the
efforts
of
managers,
 researchers
and
a
part
of
ethnic
people,
traditional
 values
in
general
and
traditional
costume
art
in
 particular
are
losing
their
inherent
identity.
What
is
 happening
shows
that
ethnic
minorities
are
 confused
by
rapid
changes
and
disoriented
by
cheap
 conveniences
and
goods.
Traditional
values
are
 being
eroded
and
lost
while
new
values
have
not
 yet
been
formed.
The
article,
from
the
perspective
 of
theory
and
art
history,
focuses
on
the
existing
 problems
in
artistic
elements,
thereby
analyzing
to
 clarify
the
artistic
faults
in
traditional
costumes
of
 the
Pa
Then
and
Hmong
ethnic
groups
today.
 Provides
a
more
detailed
perspective
for
managers
 in
preserving
and
promoting
the
cultural
and
artistic
 values
of
ethnic
minorities
in
today's
life.
