EDUCATING ABOUT SCHOOL VIOLENCE THROUGH PRESS AND MEDIA COMMUNICATION

Abstract

This article contributes to strengthening the theoretical foundation for media communication on the issue of
school violence, an important topic in education. It examines which aspects of school violence have been
explored and conveyed to the public through the media, as well as those that remain insufficiently addressed.
The survey results provide new and multidimensional perspectives that help enrich both theoretical and
practical understanding while improving the quality of media products dealing with the topic of school
violence. The article also supplements and advances the existing theoretical frameworks and messages on
preventing school violence through contemporary media communication, thereby laying the groundwork for
further in‑depth research on education and school violence in the future.
