EDUCATION PHYLOSOPHY IN HO CHI MINH IDEOLOGY - THEORIOTICAL AND PRACTICAL VALUES IN EDUCATION INNOVATION AT UNIVERSITIES IN VIETNAM

Abstract

During his revolutionary career, President Ho Chi Minh had great contributions in the Revolution Career of Vietnam. Among these, ideology of education and training was one of the most significant. This ideology was aimed at developing a wholly and human natural education which contains profound theoretical and practical meanings. These ideas not only had direct value in directing the educational work of the country at that time, but in the present period, they still have the value of guiding and paving the way for the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training, especially in educational innovation at the university level.
