Abstract

Purpose: To descriptive coronary artery imaging by the 512-slice coronary computed tomography scanning
Methods: Describe imaging characteristics and stratify. There are 63 patients with the 512-slice coronary computed tomography scanning
GE Revolution in the period from 15/9/2022 to 15/9/2023
Results: The average age is 61,3±11,5 years old and the sex ratio of male/female is 1.9:1. Heart rate 72.02 ± 20.05 bpm. The calcium score is mostly mild level, distributed in all branches. LAD accounted for the highest percentage of calcification (53,9%) and many stenosed positions (71,4%). The most stenosed positions are middle location and the most stenosis level is mild.
Conclusion: The 512-slice CT scanner can take coronary artery images in cases where the heart rate is > 80 bpm without having to use heart rate-lowering drugs with good image quality, allowing a complete assessment of the coronary system in patients suspected of chronic coronary artery disease.
