Renovation of the Party’s leadership method in women mobilization in Vietnam today

Abstract

Women account for half of the society and have great contributions into the developmental process. The recognition of women’s right in institutions and policy has been an important progress in acknowledging role and status of women in the society, however, it is more important that the leadership is fully implemented and protected by the fair and transparent justice system, especially when Vietnam is building the socialist-oriented market economy and is under the international integration. The article explaines the renovation of the leadership methods of the Party toward the women’s mobilization in the new contexts of Vietnam.
