Building the comprehensively developed culture and human of Vietnam in the renovation period

Abstract

Building the comprehensively developed culture and human of Vietnam is one of the  great directions of the Party and State of Vietnam to meet the aspiration of the people. In the new context, to actualize such direction, it requires the involvement of the whole Party, people and political  system. The article contributes to analyze some viewpoints and solutions in building the comprehensively developed culture and human of Vietnam in the period of industrialization - modernization and international integration
