New perception of the political regime model in Vietnam according to the Party’s political platform and the rising issues

Abstract

Political regime includes the mechanisms, measures and political relations established and applied in the organization and operation of a political system in a certain historical period, in order to realize the political power and goals.
There have been important and independent renovation in the perception of the Communist Party of Vietnam on politics and the political regime in the transitional period to socialism. It can be said that thank to such inheritance and development that the Party’s perception of the political issues of the transitional period have altered from the “people’s democratic model” to bureaucratic centrallized“proletariat dictatorship” and then to socialist democratic rule of law
