Achievements and challenges in building socialism in the Lao People's Democratic Republic

Abstract

Rooted in Marxism-Leninism and the ideas of Kaysone Phomvihane, the Lao People's Revolutionary Party continues to pursue its objective of building socialism. This article examines the process of socialism development in Laos, highlighting both the achievements and challenges encountered along the way, and suggests some fundamental solutions aimed at advancing the construction of socialism in Laos in the coming period.
