Abstract

In the process of leading the revolution, especially during the national reform period, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always paid attention to handling the religion issue. Entering the 21st century, the Party and State of Vietnam has reformed its policies and laws on religion and has made positive changes in religious works and life. However, beside the achievements, there are certain difficulties and challenges in solving the religious issue, which needs effective measures to ensure the right to freedom of religion and strengthen the great national unity bloc
