Solutions to creating work motivation for civil servants at state administrative agencies

Abstract

Administrative civil servants are the ones who are recruited and appointed as postholders in the state administrative apparatus and are given state power in their performance of public duties to manage all areas of social life, which ensures the realization of the goals set by the ruling party. To achieve high efficiency of state administrative agencies, labour efficiency plays a role of the utmost importance. High productivity in public service performance of state administrative agencies is driven by solutions to motivating civil servants. Based on the research of secondary documents, the article develops a theoretical framework for motivating civil servants in state administrative agencies, and on that basis proposes solutions to increasing work efficiency among civil servants in state administrative agencies in Ho Chi Minh city as well as in other localities.
