growth, protecting the environment, and ensuring social equity. This article analyzes
the core factors which help drive sustainable development, including a green economy,
institutional reform, improving the human resources quality, digital transformation,
environmental protection, and social welfare. The article also proposes solutions such as
refining legal policies, enhancing international cooperation, investing in green technology
and innovation, and raising community awareness. The concerted implementation of
these solutions will help Vietnam maintain sustainable growth, adapt to climate change,
and integrate globally. The research results serve as a foundation for proposing suitable
