Promoting the role of educating the youth about ethics and lifestyles in human resource development in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

In the context of globalization and international integration, it is a crucial goal
for Ho Chi Minh City to develop high-quality human resources. This article focuses
on theoretical and practical discussions about the role of educating the youth ethics
and lifestyle in contributing to human resources with a view to meeting the demands of
socio-economic development in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on these insights, it proposes
solutions to enhancing the role of ethics and lifestyle education among the youth in the
development of human resources in Ho Chi Minh City in the future
