Personnel work of the grassroots Party Committee in the new context

Abstract

The Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term are a far-reaching political
activity, taking place in the context of our country’s achieving many great accomplishments
in all fields of social life; creating new driving force for our Party to continue to lead
the implementation of pivotal tasks in the coming term. Preparations for the upcoming
congresses are being carried out in parallel with the “revolution” in the organization of
the apparatus, a particularly important and urgent political task not only to build a truly
streamlined, efficient, effective political system, creating momentum for the country’s
development, but also an opportunity to “screen” the team of cadres of the political
system, selecting the most “elite” personnel to be elected to the Party’s leadership
bodies at all levels. The article focuses on the personnel work of the grassroots Party
Committee, which is the lowest level in the Party’s organizational system but plays a
crucial position.
