Digital transformation and its application to hospital marketing activities: a casestudy at An Binh hospital
Abstract
In the current business context, under the pressure of the 4th industrial revolution, the key to “digital transformation” has offered hospitals many optimal solutions to many difficult problems: increasing quality of medical examination and treatment, improving labor productivity, streamlining operations, and optimizing investment costs. The consequences of post-Covid-19 have created more challenges on the one hand and many opportunities on the other hand for Vietnamese hospitals to restructure with a view to more effective development along with the trend of digital transformation. This article discusses digital transformation trends and digital transformation applications in marketing activities in Vietnamese hospitals. An Binh is one of the hospitals that has applied digital transformation to hospital marketing activities.
