Implementing civil service training policy in Quang Ngai province at present

Abstract

Humans are the most important resource for social development. In the performance of public duties in the current state apparatus, the quality of the cadres and civil servants is one of the decisive factors in operational efficiency. In recent years, in order to improve the quality of civil servants, the Party and State have unceasingly focused on training and fostering civil servants with a view to improving professional qualifications, skills, and civil service ethics for the cadres and civil servants, thereby helping them to meet
the requirements of the country’s reform and international integration. By using the method of researching secondary sources, the article aims to clarify the current status of implementing civil service training policies in Quang Ngai province, thereby proposing a number of solutions to improving the efficiency of this implementation among local civil servants at present.
