Human resource training development orientation of Dong Nai University to meet social needs in Dong Nai Province (after merger with Binh Phuoc Province)

Abstract

Dong Nai University has the primary task of training and fostering high-quality human resources to contribute to socio-economic development of Dong Nai province. In the context of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc Provinces merging into a new province, named Dong Nai Province, which officially came into operation from July 1, 2025, the demand for human resources in the province has set necessary and urgent requirements for synchronization in terms of quantity, structure, qualifications and quality of training across various professions. The article proposes solutions to orient Dong Nai University in the development of human resource training so as to meet social needs of Dong Nai Province following the merger with Binh Phuoc Province.
