Abstract
ABSTRACT
To identify the factors influencing students' intentions in choosing a workplace, the research team conducted a study titled “Factors affecting the intention to choose a place of work of the students at the University of Danang - Campus in Kontum”. The research aims to clarify the factors impacting students' intention after graduation, whether they will stay in Kon Tum or move to other cities or provinces. The study surveyed 228 students, all of whom chose to move to other provinces/cities after graduation. Using reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and regression methods with SPSS, the results indicate that two factors positively influencing students’ choice of other localities as workplaces are “Recruitment Information” and “Training and Promotion Opportunities”. This analysis provides a data foundation for developing career orientation policies to support the attraction and retention of young talent in Kon Tum.
