Several solutions to preserve and promote archaeological relics’ values in Hoa Lu ancient capital in accordance with tourism development
Abstract
In the treasure of Vietnamese cultural heritages, archaeological relics of the Dinh - Tien Le dynasties at the Hoa Lu ancient capital historical - cultural relic area are the special and extremely rare ones. Although the relics of these dynasties are not as many as those of other periods, the archaeological relics of the Dinh - Tien Le period are of great value in the process of national history. Archaeological findings show that the Dinh - Tien Le dynasties had basic achievements in the construction of ramparts, palaces, architectural works, sculpture, material production, art and religious decoration, etc. ... Therefore, the archaeological sites of the Dinh - Tien Le dynasties excavated, researched and preserved in the ancient capital of Hoa Lu are evidence of particularly important value in the cultural heritage treasure which are associated with the Dinh - Tien Le dynasties. Therefore, the preservation and promotion the value of archaeological relics of the Dinh - Tien Le dynasties at Hoa Lu ancient capital historical - cultural relic area not only contributes to the restoration of the "hinge" historical period of our nation more than 1000 years ago, but also implements practically the policy of cultural development associated with tourism in the period of international integration of Ninh Binh province.
