Abstract

Innovating the general education program in the direction of developing student capacity and qualities has required innovation in testing and evaluating student learning outcomes. This is considered a key issue in the teaching process. In the current teaching context, there are many forms, methods and tools of testing and assessment aimed at developing learners' capacity and qualities. Within the limits of this article, the author focuses on researching some theoretical issues about Rubrics, and on that basis proposes some measures to design Rubrics for regular assessment in teaching reading comprehension of short stories Literature. Grade 11 - Creative Horizons book series, contributing to innovating testing and assessment activities in high schools.
