Abstract

Building new rural areas is the task of both the political system and the entire society; In which, party committees and authorities play a role in directing and administering the process of developing planning, schemes, plans and organizing implementation; The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations mobilize all classes of people to promote their active role in building new rural areas.
