Research to build the information system for evaluation and classification of officers at university
Abstract
Research to improve university performance is a constant requirement and a goal to enhance competitiveness in the digital age. A modern university always demonstrates a high level of governance, science, innovation and creativity, and strongly applies information technology in all activities. In this paper, we research and build a digital system model for evaluating and classifying officials and workers. The model is designed on the basis of analyzing and standardizing sets of criteria and work items in evaluating and classifying public employees, designing digital forms, building databases and processes. on evaluating and classifying public employees, and building application software tools for the system. We also experimented with implementing evaluation at one department to test the model, the results were quite good, performing work very conveniently and quickly on the system using the internet, synthesizing statistics and printing pressing convenient forms, data is stored over time, making tracking and searching for information easy, improving human resource management efficiency.
