The consultative work on building internal management documents at Hoa Lu University – reality and solutions

Abstract

Developing a system of internal management documents, including regulations, internal rules, and policies, is one of the top priorities for higher education institutions to ensure that all activities are organized orderly, lawful, and to optimally promote the position, function, and mission of the educational institution as well as the effectiveness of governance and administration. This article studies the reality of the consultative work on building internal management documents at Hoa Lu University and proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of this work in the following time.
