Ensuring human security in the context of climate change and recommending some solutions in Vietnam nowadays

Abstract

During President Ho Chi Minh's lifetime, he always believed that people were the most valuable capital and the decisive factor in the revolution's victory. The cause of national liberation and the construction of socialism have no other goal than to liberate people and bring freedom and happiness to people. In the current period of promoting industrialization and modernization in Vietnam, it is necessary to mobilize human resources and ensure people's security and safety at the same time. The article presents some theoretical issues about humans' ensuring security, and to ensure human security in the face of climate change and, based on that, recommends some solutions to maintain human security in the context of climate change in Vietnam today.
