Designing a plastic extrusion blow molding machine for bottle manufacturing

Abstract

The rapid advancement of science and technology has made the research, development, and application of modern equipment indispensable across various fields, especially in the plastics industry. This article highlights the research and design of a plastic extrusion blow molding machine with a small, compact size and capacity suitable for teaching and research at training facilities in Vietnam. Screw plastic extrusion technology is used to heat and melt solid plastic to create liquid plastic, which passes through the extruder head, and is blown into the mold to produce a finished product, a plastic bottle that ensures filling and aesthetic requirements.
