Factors affecting the development of human resources for ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province
Abstract
Based on secondary data and survey data from 400 samples from ethnic minority communities in Dak Nong province, this article focuses on (i) studying the factors influencing the development of human resources in Dak Nong province, and (ii) proposing solutions to promote the development of human resources for ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province in the future. The research results show that the factors influencing the development of human resources for ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province include: socio-economic conditions, the quality of education and training, the quality of individual labor, recruitment and attraction of labor, training and development, health and healthcare, and the work environment and labor relations. To contribute to the promotion of human resources development for ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province in the future, it is necessary to: improve the economic and socio-cultural environment, enhance the quality of individual labor for ethnic minority workers, innovate the education and training system and the legal framework for ethnic minority labor, improve recruitment and employment arrangements for ethnic minority workers, and raise awareness among different levels and sectors regarding the development of human resources for ethnic minorities, linked with the innovation of the management mechanism for the development of human resources for ethnic minorities in the future.
