Utilization of virtual infrastructure technology in the realms of teaching, learning, and research at higher education institutions

Abstract

The article discusses the important role of infrastructure and technology equipment in supporting the teaching and scientific research activities of university lecturers. The authors introduced virtual infrastructure technology and compared using traditional physical servers to using virtual servers. They also analyzed and evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of virtual infrastructure technology. Based on this, the authors proposed a plan to use the most suitable virtual infrastructure technology to support the teaching and research work of university professors, and tested it at a specific unit to evaluate its implementation effectiveness and scalability.
