Impact of internal control structure on financial performance of construction companies listed on Vietnam stock market

Abstract

The article presents photos of the content of structural examination to the financial performance of construction enterprises listed on the Vietnamese stock market. The study was carried out on primary data collected using panel questions and collected data from the financial statements of enterprises listed on the stock exchange of Vietnam sampled. Empirical research results show that construction enterprises have a good inspection environment, well-implemented risk assessment, properly and adequately executed processes, effective communication, and supervision. good, businesses often have good financial performance.
