Solutions to improve the satisfaction of domestic travelers in Tam Dao district, Vinh Phuc province

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify ways to enhance the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Tam Dao district by examining the factors that influence their experience. To achieve this, a linear structural model (SEM) was used with AMOS 25 software to analyze data. The study found that three primary factors affect domestic tourists' satisfaction: reliability, tangible facilities, and price. Reliability was the most significant factor, followed by tangibles and price in descending order of importance. Based on these findings, the study proposes three groups of solutions to improve domestic tourists' satisfaction in Tam Dao district, with each group addressing one of the three factors.
