Current situation and solutions for developing high-quality human resources in the transportation sector in the era of international integration
Abstract
In the context of deepening international integration and the strong impact of digital transformation, high-quality human resources play a key role in the sustainable development of the transportation sector. The article focuses on analyzing the current situation of high-quality human resource development in the transport sector in Vietnam, pointing out the achieved results as well as limitations and inadequacies in training quality, human resource structure, professional skills and the ability toadapt to integration requirements. On that basis, the article proposes a number of main solutions to innovate training, strengthen the link between training institutions and enterprises, improve mechanisms and policies to attract, use and remunerate high-quality human resources, contributing to improving competitiveness and sustainable development of the transport sector in the integration period.
