Determinants influencing the intention to use the Find Bus application in Hanoi city
Abstract
This study employs the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) to evaluate determinants affecting the intention to use the Tim Buyt application -an application that connects users with passengers traveling by bus in Hanoi. The study uses qualitative methods to establish the model and scale, conducts a survey that obtained 216 valid responses and uses quantitative methods to analyze the model using Smart PLS. The results show that:traffic information, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness of this application, subjective norms have a positive impact on the intention to use the "Find Bus" application. Thetraffic information,perceived ease of use have a significant impact on the intention to use this application. The study also proposes a number of policies based on the analysis results.
