Developing interdisciplinary legal –technology thinking in human resource training in Vietnam nowadays: from theory to practice
Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is gradually reshaping every aspect of our country's socio-economic life. The legal field, long regarded as a stronghold of conservatism and tradition, is no exception when confronted with transformative changes. The rapid development of technology in legislative, executive, judicial and legal consulting activities has created an urgent need for a new generation of human resources who not only have a deep understanding of legal norms but also possess keen technological thinking, the ability to handle data, and an understanding of how digital systems operate. This article focuses on directly examining issues surrounding the theoretical and practical foundations for developing interdisciplinary law-technology thinking in legal education in Vietnam. From there, the article proposes several solutions to contribute to the development of interdisciplinary law-technology training in the current context of our country.
