Training and supplying human resources in Vietnam in the new era: Opportunities and challenges
Abstract
Vietnam is entering a new era, the era of national progress. This is a period where the economy is developing rapidly, breaking through and implementing: "strategic self-reliance, self-strength, self-confidence, and strong progress in the new era of the nation; successfully achieving the goal of becoming a developing country with modern industry and high middle income by 2030" and aiming to achieve the goal: a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization. Realizing the goal and bringing the country into the new era, one of the contents contributing to the achievement of the goal, content, and tasks is the training and supply of human resources. Bringing the country into the new era, the era of national progress, is one of the urgent tasks with an important role. The achievements of Vietnam's socio-economic development over the past 40 years have created momentum and strength for the country. Vietnam is proactively and actively participating in international integration, entering a new era of national progress, creating many favorable opportunities and challenges for the training and supply of human resources in this new era. This article provides a perspective in analyzing the training and supply of human resources, considering the opportunities and challenges in this new era, and proposes some solutions for training and supplying human resources in this new era.
