Factors Affecting Asset Management at Public Higher Education Institutions

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of human resource capacity, internal control, information technology, and budgeting on asset management at public higher education institutions in Vietnam. The study employs quantitative research methods, with a regressionmodel developed based on primary data collected through surveys, supported by SPSS26 software. The findings indicate that human resource capacity, internal control, information technology, and budgeting have a positive impact on asset management. Based onthe results, the authors propose several recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of asset management activities at public higher education institutions.
