Training and utilization of human resoures in Vietnam -New requirements and solutions
Abstract
The rapid advancement of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, coupled with the imperative to accelerate comprehensive reform and digital transformation, is intertwined with economic restructuring to propel Vietnam into the digital era, ensuring rapid and holistic integration and development. To achieve this objective, reform associated with the comprehensive innovation of all stages in the training and utilization process to develop human resources has become an urgent and vital requirement. This is essential forexploiting, converging, and effectively utilizing all national resources toward development goals. However, the new context and mission, while creating opportunities and challenges for economic development, are also posing novel requirements for the training and utilization of human resources.
