Abstract

In the context of widespread digital transformation globally, higher education in general and legal education in particular are facing the need for fundamental innovation in thinking, content, methods, and training models. Practical experience shows that the traditional legal education model, heavily focused on theoretical teaching, has revealed many limitations in developing professional competence and the ability of law students to adapt to the rapid changes in the digital legal environment. This article approaches the issue from the perspective of legal education science, analyzing the theoretical basis of empirical legal education, clarifying the impact of digital transformation on legal education activities, and assessing the current state of legal education in Vietnam based on a synthesis of reports, surveys, and practical examples. Based on this, the article proposes a comprehensive system of solutions to improve the quality of law student training in an experiential approach within the context of digital transformation, contributing to meeting the requirements for developing high-quality legal human resources to serve the construction of a socialist rule of law state and international integration
