Development of high-quality human resources in Vietnam in the new era: Theory, practice, and policy-oriented solutions
Abstract
Human resources have always been the central factor in every socio-economic development strategy. In particular, in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation, globalization, and increasingly deep and comprehensive international integration, the quality of human resources has become a key indicator of national competitiveness and a decisive factor in the success or failure of each country’s development process. Therefore, investing in the development of high-quality human resources is of paramount importance, especially for developing countries like Vietnam. This article focuses on analyzing and clarifying several theoretical and practical issues related to the development of high-quality human resources in Vietnam today, therebyproposing a number of policy-oriented solutions to further develop high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of national development in the new era.
